Born in 1973 in Mexico City, Mexico. Graduated from the Universidad Anahuac in 1998 obtaining duly licensed attorney at law degree; Master degree in Corporate Law by the same University (1999). Master degree in European Union Law by the Universidad Complutense of Madrid (2001); Master degree in Political, Management and Environmental Law by the Universidad Anahuac Cancun (2007). Specialized knowledge in the MERCOSUR Treatment by the Universidad Complutense of Madrid (2000) and in Environmental Management by the Universidad of Alcala de Henares in Madrid, Spain. Environmental Audit Diploma by the Universidad Anahuac Cancun in agreement with the PROFEPA (Office of the Federal Attorney for Environmental Protection) (2006).

President of the Environmental Law Association A.C. Specialist in Environmental law, Corporate law, Real State law, City Planning law and International law.
